Terms of Service

These terms apply to Posters by Kurso (posters.kurso.ph), a service of KURSO.PH OPC (“Kurso.ph”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

You answer a short form about your business. We use artificial intelligence (AI) to make social media posters (“posters”) from your details, photos and logo, in the size you choose, and you download them. We do not log in to, connect to, post to or manage any of your social media accounts. You decide whether and where to post.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You sign in with your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person or business. Do not share or resell access.
• Give accurate information. Only submit businesses and brands you own or are authorized to promote.

3. Packages, credits and payment

• Credits are sold in one-time packages: Starter, 30 credits for ₱499; Pro, 75 credits for ₱999. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• One credit makes one poster. Posters are made in batches of 5, 10, 15 or 20. Automatic retries for text errors do not use credits, and posters that fail to generate are returned to your balance.
• Credits from packages add up and do not expire while your account is active.
• If you bought a 30-day plan before October 9, 2026, its credits are used first and end with that plan's 30 days, as agreed when you bought it.
• Payments are processed by Xendit. Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities for your posts

• You are solely responsible for what you post, your social media accounts, and compliance with each platform's rules and all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising and data privacy laws.
• Review every poster, including its text and prices, before you publish it. Our text check helps catch spelling mistakes but is not legal advice.
• The product details, prices, promos, proof and photos you submit must be true and yours to use. We build posters only from the facts you give us; you are responsible for their accuracy.

5. What you may not do

• Promote illegal, prohibited, dangerous, deceptive or adult products or services.
• Upload photos, logos or content you do not have the right to use, or photos of people without their consent.
• Try to make false claims, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading income or health claims.
• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. AI-generated content

Posters are produced by AI models and may contain errors, including misspelled text, inaccurate details or images that differ from your real product. Check everything before use. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. Subject to your payment and these terms, you may use the posters we generate for your own business, including in ads. You keep ownership of the photos, logos and content you upload, and you give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any reach, engagement, messages, leads, sales, revenue or any other result. Results depend on your product, offer, the platforms you post on and many factors outside our control.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including Xendit (payments) and providers for hosting, storage, email and AI. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions, or for how any social media platform treats your posts or accounts.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email or on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Kurso.ph is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or account restrictions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if required by law. Sections on your responsibilities, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the proper courts of the Philippines.
